Having lived and worked across many parts of the world, Terry’s experience lies in advising clients in financial services, Telco’s, energy and resources, the public sector, and consumer business all around the world.
Currently he is engaged to lead a number of large-scale cultural change and Executive Development programs across Europe and Australia as well as managing an extensive portfolio of executive level clients that he coaches one-on-one.
His recent clients include industry leaders such as Bank of London and the Middle East, Optus, Vodafone, Telstra, Hyundai, BT Financial, Canon, Sydney Trains, Lloyds Bank, Wesfarmers, Toyota, Club Med and various Government Departments.
Terry is a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, behavioural change & transformation consultant and co-author of the top selling strategy book, "DRIVERS - A Story of Transformational Change".
Glenn’s prior experience with the consulting & venture capital industry has resulted in a long & distinguished track record of service to an array of industries including professional & financial services, consumer business, information technology and healthcare, which regularly includes speaking at large conferences with audiences of up to 2,500 people.
Glenn’s specific areas of strength include consulting and developing leadership and team competence in strategy execution, change & transformation, strategic communication, product launch and behavioural change.
